Donations at the door of non-perishable food items for the St. Margaret\u2019s Bay Food Bank would be greatly appreciated. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Peggy\u2019s Cove Church Heritage Fund is also offering a bake sale that day, 1-3pm\u2014or while quantities last\u2014at 178 Peggy\u2019s Point Road, at the top of the parking lot behind the Sou\u2019Wester. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Proceeds from the sale will go to support the restoration of the Peggy\u2019s Cove Church. \u201cIf you\u2019re a baker, we would love to add your contribution to the table,\u201d says Judy Dauphinee, bake sale organizer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Donated baked items, with the name of the product and the suggested price, can be dropped off at the Sou\u2019Wester Restaurant on Friday, May 8, between 6 and 7 pm, or on Saturday, May 9, between 11am and
noon. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
