The Black Point and Area Community Centre was pleased to host the 4th annual Uke-a-Palooza, a food bank fundraiser. Featuring The Bridgewater Fun Ukulele Jammers, The Chester Shorejammers, The Mahone Bay Naturals, and The Black Point Shoreline Strummers, along with The Ukesters, led by Cathy Whalen, who played tunes by The Beatles, Bryan Adams, and George Thorogood, this delightful performance raised $660 for the St. Margaret’s Bay Food Bank.
